HSBC Hex-Live – activated by Pico Singapore – has won Bronze in the ‘Best Use of UI/UX Design’ category at The Loyalty and Engagement Awards 2021. The project took a ‘game changer’ approach to digitalise the HSBC Women’s World Championship golf experience, leading HSBC and Pico to develop an extension to the live tournament with an intuitive, accessible user platform.

Organized by Marketing magazine, the Awards recognise the best loyalty and engagement campaigns designed to attract, retain and appreciate brand customers and people.
